This video is about a man with no arms and no legs. he talks to kids around the world telling them about how to handle their problems. Even though he has no arms and no legs he still plays sports and he has a family. I think this is awesome and wanted to share it with you.
In this TED talk Theo Jansen talked about how he created non-biological animals out of tubes. These animals used wind to move and live on the beaches in Holland. In the future he speaks of making themthem reproduce and live independently. I think that this is awesome and wanted to share it with you.

Showed us amazing films of Bats, Deserts and Bears. When I first saw this I was amazed at all of the hard work they put into getting those great shots. In particular I liked the way the captured the bat licking the pollen and pollenating those flowers. I think this is awesome and wanted to share it with you.

This TED talk is about Machines that self assemble and create amazing possibilities. I was amazed at how easily he made the chains self assemble and create cool examples. He showed us a few versions including: MacroBot, DeciBot, and the Biased chains. I think this is awesome and wanted to share it with you.

In this video Hugh Herr talks about how Prosthetic legs vs biological legs make a difference. He told us about how he had his legs frozen off and he got prosthetic. He also told us about how a team and himself made those legs and how they can dance and walk and over all perform almost like a human leg. I think this is awesome and wanted to share it with you.
This video is about genetically modifying babies before they are born to make them not have harmful defects. I was amazed at all of the problems this can solve. It can prevent diseases like Alzheimer’s, Colon Cancer, Breast Cancer, Muscular Dystrophy, Haemophilia, Huntington’s disease, and more. I think this is an awesome step forward in Genetics and wanted to share it with you.
